Built by someone who's actually sold, managed, and installed over 2,500 Christmas lighting projects.
Jeff Jerina has been installing Christmas and holiday lights since 2001. He has also provided landscape lighting, event lighting, and wedding lighting along with other service type businesses. He didn't set out to build software — he built LightHawk because nothing on the market handled design, estimating, and job tracking the way a real Christmas light installer or permanent light installer actually needs it to.

FAQ's
Do I need to download anything?
No, not at all. LightHawk runs entirely in your browser — no download, no installation, no app store required. It works on any modern browser on a laptop, tablet, or phone.
I already own the Pro Estimator you guys created. Do I need LightHawk too?
The Pro Estimator covers the estimating piece (but you can't save any pricing tiers, projects, or customer data, as it is just a bare-bones web-based tool). LightHawk is the full platform—photo-based design, job tracking, and scheduling on top of estimating and auto-calculations based on your saved pricing tiers or your quantity, pricing, etc.
If you already own the Pro Estimator, you will still be able to keep it if you still want to use it... but once you upgrade to LightHawk, the all-in-one estimating, photo mockup, and Christmas light job scheduler, you won't need it. How is this different from other lighting design software?
Most tools handle one job — design, or estimating, or tracking. LightHawk combines photo mockup design (both in day and night mode views), instant estimating, a full job tracker, and scheduling in a single platform. And it's built by an active installer with over 26 years and 2,500+ real jobs behind it, not a software company serving the industry from the outside trying to sell you something they think will work or think you need.
Can I set my own pricing?
Yes! Set your own rates for roofline lights, ground lights, wreaths, bows, garland, bush lighting, or other types of holiday lighting. This includes your rates for labor and materials for both Christmas lighting and permanent trim lighting. Update your rates once and every future estimate calculates automatically using your pricing or numbers.
What happens after the founding member pricing ends?
Founding members who sign up now lock in $197/year for as long as they stay subscribed. Once the first 20 spots are filled, new customers move to our regular pricing of $299/year.
Is there a contract?
No. LightHawk is billed annually, and you can cancel anytime (that way you won't be charged the following year if you no longer want to use it). There's no long-term contract to sign.
